Art History Quilt Square #8

Memory Quilt — Flood Series

2026 · Slide film, copper wire · 14.5 × 12 cm (5¾ × 4¾ in)

These small works began with a flood.

The slide film comes from an art history collection at a school in Germany — images that spent years in a classroom before water got to them. Rather than let them disappear, each damaged slide has been hand-sewn back together with copper wire, stitch by stitch, into something new.

Every piece in the series is entirely one of a kind. Signed by the artist. Worldwide shipping included.
